My backpack is defective or I don`t like it. - what now?
  • Your product does not deliver what it promises or you are dissatisfied? No problem. Life is too short to get annoyed. Contact us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price: Info@hampley.com

 

Why was my order cancelled?

  • This can have two possibilities:
- Your payment has not been credited to our account within 7 days.
- Your payment via Paypal or credit card was not completed properly.
As soon as one of these cases occurs, your order is automatically cancelled. If you have made your payment correctly and your order is still canceled, please contact us.

Does the Hampley Rush smell like hemp?

  • Contrary to the hopes of some, the Hampley I Rush does not smell like Marijuana. Our materials are 100% odorless.

 

How much does it weigh?
  • The exact weight can vary from rucksack to rucksack.The average weight is about 500 grams.

 

How do I protect my backpack?

Is my backpack waterproof?

  • Our backpacks are made of two thick natural materials that protect the items from splashing water and is not completely waterproof.

 

Shipping

 How long does the shipping take?

  • Due to the current high volume of orders, the delivery time is currently 5-8 working days. Thank you for your patience and your support from our small publishing house!

 

Do you ship overseas?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL Courier. All Hampley orders are fully tracked.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Will COVID-19 affect production?
  • Our productions are open. However, there may be some delays. DHL has already addressed this, but the situation in many parts of the world is currently easing again, and shipping is also returning more and more to its original state.

 

I have not received an order confirmation - what now?

  • If you did not receive an order confirmation by email, this could be due to the following reasons:


1.) You may have entered your email address incorrectly
2.) Please check your spam folder. It could be that the order confirmation has landed there
3.) The order process was not completed correctly (Attention: If the order is invalid, it will still be displayed in your customer account)

 

Can I change my address?

  • As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still change your shipping address. Please contact us here with the subject "Change of address" and tell us your new address. Please be sure to include your Order ID/ Order Number.
After your order has left our warehouse, we can no longer change your shipping and billing address.
